The hotel had comfortable rooms with a good air conditioning system and a large refrigerator, but the ambiance was disrupted by noisy children running around, shouting, and banging doors. Additionally, bugs were present, causing disturbances during the night.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was initially hot, but the staff quickly fixed it for me. However, the first room I stayed in was not up to par with a subpar hot tub and an icebox that never cooled down. The room reeked of stale smoke, making it quite unpleasant with no way to air it out. On the positive side, the location was convenient and close to attractions like Lake Springfield, but the service left much to be desired with issues like rude behavior and being denied entrance due to a cash deposit request.
